Returns & Exchange Policy
We make every effort to pick awesome products and ship them in awesome condition. But, we shop online too and we know well that not everything we buy online looks and feels the same way when we hold it in our hands. Whatever may be your reason to return, we will gladly accept them and will provide a full refund, an exchange or store credit for the original product cost.
If you return within 7 days of receiving the order, we will provide FREE Return Shipping and a full refund, or an exchange or store credit for the original product cost.
If you return within 14 days of receiving the order, we will provide FREE Return Shipping and an exchange or a store credit for the original product cost. The Store credit coupon code for the amount of original product cost will be emailed within 24 hours of receipt of the returned package.
We only request you a few things from you as you prepare to return:
- The item should be in unused condition with all tags attached.
- Package well to prevent damage in transit. We cannot accept any damaged returns and we will contact you immediately after we open up damaged returns. Please note we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- Use the Return Authorization Form to process your refund or store credit. Please remember to include a copy of your form in the return package.
